Service Description

Consultation that offers assessment of physical limitations and imbalances that may cause pain and restricted mobility. Provides recommendations for corrective movements and progress variations. If the participant is in a public environment, please be sure of the following: - any equipment to be used has unrestricted access - headphones with onboard microphone (Bluetooth preferred) Public or private, for best results, please ensure the following before your session starts: - the environment is safe, comfortable and available for physical movement - if using a phone, tablet or laptop the camera is unrestricted and provides a clear video feed - there is enough room in the environment to provide a full-body view - if using a phone or tablet, a small tripod is available for stability (optional) - high speed internet access - comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows for freedom of movement Be ready to provide history and examples of mobility improvement or limitations. All appointments conducted through Google Meet. Invitations will be sent via text or email approximately 5 mins prior to meeting start. Web-based; nothing to download or install.
