Our Mission

Our mission is to help people of all physical ability and fitness levels achieve their goals by helping them understand the rules that govern movement and exercise. The Range Fitness Methodology uses proprietary tools founded on science-based principles to help people distinguish what is correct from what is popular in the world of fitness and movement.

How is Range Fitness different?

We don't offer a program. We want to show you a method; one that highlights the areas where common practices and habits in fitness routines and daily activities might lead to limitations or injury. 

 

Our method is applicable to any program or fitness level. We use it to identify the potential areas for injury in many popular forms of exercise as well as the debilitations that can develop from lifestyle movement patterns. With those tools, we teach you how to optimize your abilities and redefine your physical limits.
